This page explains how Städ & Gläns handles personal data when you visit stedglans.se or send us a request.
Who is responsible
Städ & Gläns is responsible for processing your personal data. You can reach us at stedglans.info@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a request through the form, we receive:
- your name,
- your phone number or email address,
- what you write about your home and your wishes,
- the services you picked.
Your IP address is used briefly to stop automated mass submissions through the form. It is kept only in the server's memory for at most ten minutes and is not linked to your request.
Why we use it
We use the data only to answer your request, send you a proposal or quote, and book the cleaning if you want it. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who has access
- Contabo GmbH in Germany runs the server that hosts the website.
- Telegram: your request is sent as a message to our Telegram account so we can reply quickly. Telegram may process data outside the EU/EEA.
- Google (Gmail): if you email us, the email is handled in Gmail. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as we need it to handle it. If no job follows, we delete it no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for the job and for bookkeeping for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so nothing is sent to Google when you visit.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, have mistakes corrected, have the data erased, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a machine-readable format. Email us at stedglans.info@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
